In my teaching includes sentences of mantra-like character.
A mantra builds structure and rhythm of consciousness. It purifies the consciousness and sharpens alertness.

It builds up perspective, and it helps one to maintain perspective when you get in trouble – or when you get drunk with joy. It builds a kind of automatic reaction – a spiritual one, mind you.

The new time must naturally create new mantra-like statements that fit the time. We need mantras, which is about consciousness liberation without religious affiliation.

I accept that coming – I let go of that which is

This is about saying yes to life more and no less to life.
To let life flow through one and put as few obstacles as possible.
To fail to control their lives and instead meet it with confidence.
And it is not to be tempted by the beauty and deterred by the ugly.

It’s also about being present here and now – where else?
Too often, people identified with their thoughts and emotions, which are states, they go a long way by themselves create and do not necessarily have anything to do with reality. And when you are not present in the middle of the stream of life, you are easily caught by his own ego’s fears, desires, beliefs, etc.

Mantra takes account of people’s identification with their ego. We must do something! Change requires self-accountability. We can no longer put it all in the hands of God.
It also points transitiveness (which few people care to be reminded that it is plenty to see themselves in the mirror in the morning). And it helps one into the present (which in turn is one that today’s positive performances – since one can hardly do realize that the price for the moment, both past and future).
The statement gives perspective and wakefulness, and the trainer devotion. And this devotion is a quality attached to the heart, which is necessary in every spiritual process. But devotion is provocative for every ego – for one could not lose himself?
The mantra is also about process, liquid and movement. It is meditation, freedom and pure consciousness. It gives respect for life, and helps them in the stream of life.
This mantra offers a “crack”, understood as the possibility of a leap into a higher consciousness dimension.

The mantra is about a crown chakra perspective. The crown chakra has no past or future. There is always in the moment. But when the ego lives suspended between the past (the good old days or bitter regret) and future (shuttles between anxiety and hope), and there must of course also work with it from time to time.

How to use this mantra-like statements?
It fits in consciousness, where it forms a rhythm or vibratory background. It can be used advantageously in connection with the breath, where you accept the breath and let go of the breath.

Meditation on this sentence is a true friend in need. Instead of falling into the thoughts running in circles and emotions that tear in the stomach and heart, one can in a crisis, stay upright and centered to accommodate it in his consciousness. This is true in meditation as well as an underlying vibration in concrete everyday chores.
And when something exceedingly beautiful and pleasing, it is wiser to look at it and let it flow through him, rather than identifying with it and bind to it. Any binding causes alertness decreases and the intensity of consciousness dollars.

I accept it coming – I let go of that which is. This is a mantra for contemporary people. Do not think that fear or hope, as this consumes energy and thus provides less hassle in the concrete situation.

The mantra is a bardo mantra. It is good in all life transitions. When the wind changes direction when moving from one phase of his life to another. It is also useful when you must die – or for that matter, when you are seated at the deathbed of someone you love.

Tie you at no, not even your own life. For there is no such thing as your own life. There is only the life that goes through you – right now.

Consciousness slips effortlessly from one phase to another
from incarnation to incarnation,
if we allow it:
Like a snake changing him
as a bee flies to the next flower,
like the sun covered by a cloud
to instantly see clearly again.

Life is a stream of light, a pulse, a consciousness.
We are only the blades of grass that are affected,
while living snake crawling through the grass.
As we touch the flames we are into self-consciousness,
and we believe that what we feel is ours,
and we cling to it
but hose has already slipped further.

Look at life itself,
not on the outer shape.
Young people’s life-saturated
intense filled with life.
Old bodies are living matte
life-rays with more brilliance in them.
But consciousness is lit regardless of age.
